Refund Policy

  1. If the Refund request is reported to us through email / website within 7 days of purchase, we will give you 100% money back.
  2. The refund request should be raised via email or website.
  3. Refund policies will be applicable only for purchases equal to or more than 1 year.
  4. Refund processing can take up to 7 business days.
  5. Any convenience fees or payment gateway charges incurred are non-refundable.
  6. DukanBooks does not automatically renew licenses, so no cancellation is typically needed.

Free Trial

DukanBooks offers a 15-day free trial with access to all features. We encourage all users to thoroughly test the software during this trial period before making a purchase decision. No payment information is required for the free trial.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:

  • Your license key or order ID
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Email or WhatsApp number used during purchase

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Razorpay processing times may add 2-3 additional business days depending on the payment method used.

License Cancellation

Upon refund approval, your license key will be deactivated. You will still retain access to all your business data (stored locally on your computer), and you can export your data before the license is deactivated.
