Review these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") thoroughly. This Agreement is a legal agreement between the User and DukanBooks. By accepting electronically (for example, clicking "I Agree"), installing, accessing, or using the Services, the User agrees to these terms. If the User does not agree to this Agreement, then he/she may not use the Services. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

These terms may be updated from time to time in the future. The User should agree to review our Terms and Conditions regularly by visiting this page. Continued access to or use of the service will mean that the User agrees to the changes.

DukanBooks provides an array of services including GST Billing, Inventory Management, Party Ledger, Accounting, Reporting tools, Estimate/Quotation creator, Purchase Management, and more to serve as a complete business management software ("Service" or "Services").

The User may use the Services for personal and business use or for internal business purposes. The User may download the application from the official website using the Internet. Once downloaded, the User no longer needs an internet connection for daily usage. However, the User is responsible for obtaining access to the Internet and the device necessary for initial license activation and optional services.

Side Note: DukanBooks tries its best to make businesses compliant with GST and other taxation laws. However, it is solely the User's responsibility to ensure compliance with GST and other applicable laws. DukanBooks is not responsible for any violation of compliance.

DukanBooks grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on one computer per license key. The license is valid for the duration specified in your purchased plan (1 Year, 3 Years, or Lifetime). For software subscription services, the validity of the license period shall commence within 60 days of the date of purchase.

• Use DukanBooks for business operations including billing, inventory management, and accounting.
• Create backups of your data using the built-in backup features.
• Install updates provided by DukanBooks.
• Export data to Excel, PDF, or Tally-compatible formats.

• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your license key to another party.
• You may not use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You may not remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels.

The User alone is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username, password, and other sensitive information. The User is responsible for all activities that occur in their user account and agrees to inform us immediately of any unauthorized use by emailing support@dukanbooks.in.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of unauthorized access. Performing necessary backups is solely the User's responsibility. DukanBooks is not responsible for any data loss or discrepancy.

DukanBooks offers an optional feature to back up your database to your personal Google Drive.

• By using this feature, you authorize DukanBooks to securely upload backup files directly from your computer to your Google Drive account.
• We do not access, store, or monitor your files on our own servers.
• You agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service when utilizing this integration.

The User owns the content created or stored by them. We respect your right to ownership of content created or stored in your account. Your data is stored locally on your computer and is never sent to our servers unless you explicitly use optional cloud backup features.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and bank transfers. DukanBooks does not automatically renew licenses.

DukanBooks may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. Updates within your license period are provided free of charge. The auto-update feature can be configured in the application settings.

DukanBooks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your license.

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the software and destroy all copies. Your business data remains yours and is not affected by license termination. You may export your data before the license is deactivated.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
